REPLACEMENT POLICY
In order to get a defective item replaced, contact Customer Care via the Contact Us page within 24 hours from the date of delivery. The defective product or part of the product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped within 24-48 hrs Only after verifying the customer's claim.
- Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged during transit or have a manufacturing defect.
- Timeframe: You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you encounter any issues.
- Return Window: Returns can only be initiated within a 3-day window from the date of delivery.
- Return Process: Our customer support team will inspect and validate the claim before processing the return.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns for reasons related to size, color, or quality preferences.
We accept returns and replacements only if the product received has manufacturing defects or damaged during transit. We will bear the complete cost and replace it with a new product.
Please note that we currently do not offer free shipping on international returns.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at emacpl.in@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, We will initiated a pickup from your location and ship a new product to your address which will be a replacement for your defective product.
- Our Customer Care team will respond to your request email within 24- 48 working hours. We will then arrange a reverse pick-up for the delivered product.
